Reduce Your Belly Fat

I know that a lot of people are looking for tips for a flat belly and there are actually many articles about it; however, let me tell you that a flat belly means hard work. There are many things that might help you through the process but the abdominal fat is very frequent and very easy to gain back. Do you really want to lose that extra weight accumulated in your belly? Are you willing to work hard on it? Okay I guess you are really decided to look and feel better, try to do the following and you will definitely see results!

Weight Lifting: Everybody knows that it definitely weight, start lifting weight at least 3 times a day and you will see that your tummy fat will start decreasing, GUARANTEED!

Cardio exercise and diet: You reflect what you eat in your body, and you have some extra weight in your body it is because you are not eating right or because you are lacking of exercise. Try doing some cardio after your weightlifting and start eating healthier! Change carbs for protein and vegetables for example and water instead of a soda. Also know that the more you exercise the more you will lose fat.

Intervals exercising: Spinning lessons is an example of this since this exercise plays with the intensity of the exercise and it helps burn fat faster, I would recommend you to do this type of exercises.

The beginning of the New Year always brings about the new year resolutions. Millions of promises are made by people all around the world to improve something in their life. Sometimes people vow to go for that promotion at work, sometimes people promised to see their family more often. Most commonly people want to lose weight and get in shape and make the New Year their best yet.

Sadly though many of these promises and resolutions are broken or forgotten, even before January comes to an end. This is sometimes due to human nature but this is often due to poor planning.

If you are serious about losing weight in the New Year there having a plan is absolutely essential to your success. Entering into a diet or fitness regime on a whim will only result in boredom, poor results and failure.

Why not expand on the promise you are going to make yourself? Instead of just saying I will lose weight, why don't you say I will make a detailed plan in order to get fit and lose weight and I promise to execute it.

  • Firstly find a method of losing weight that suit you. Some people like to go on a calorie controlled diet. They reduce the amounts of food, carbohydrates and calories they intake in order to create calorie deficiency which will result in weight loss. Some people prefer to stay on a balanced diet and venture into it to exercise routine.
Whichever one you choose, simply make sure it suits your lifestyle and your goals.
  • Secondly, decide how much weight you want to lose. Give yourself a goal. Do you want to lose 10lbs per month? Or do you want to drop two dress sizes? Again this is up to you, but pick a goal that is manageable, challenging and exciting for you to do.
If you have a goal that makes you excited then you are more likely to strive for this result.
  • What about a reward when you reach your goal? This will help lots with your daily motivation. Your reward could be some new clothes for your wardrobe to fit your new slim figure. It could even be a short break or vacation somewhere you have always wanted to go. Think carefully about this one is your reward can have a major impact and boost your results and motivation.
