Tips for Dieting

Here I want to tell you just a few simple tips that will help you in losing weight.

1. Don’s stress your body with drastic measures like long periods without food.

2. Its better to eat small meals of healthy foods instead to stay hungry and then eat some junk food to satisfy the need of your body.

3. You don’t hear that for the first time but you really need to drink more water. And be sure to check the quantity of the Sodium in it. In great quantities Sodium is bad for your kidneys.

4. Love the moments you eat something. Enjoy every bite and chew it well.

5. Care what you eat 6 days in the week but one day reserve for some treats for you.
